We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support day-to-day AP operations, including vendor invoices, payments, rent, credit card transactions, and reimbursements. The role involves NetSuite-based processing with MineralTree, Rippling Spend, and CPO integration, with NetSuite experience strongly preferred.

Competenze

• 1–3+ years of accounts payable or accounting experience.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with AP automation, expense management, or payment systems such as MineralTree and Rippling Spend preferred.
• Experience processing invoices, payments, credit cards, and employee reimbursements.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good Excel or Google Sheets skills and strong communication skills.

• Process vendor invoices, verify documentation, obtain approvals and code in NetSuite.
• Review and process credit card transactions and reimbursements through Rippling Spend.
• Prepare vendor payments via MineralTree and initiate transfers through CPO.
• Manage rent and recurring payments, ensuring timely processing.
• Maintain vendor records, review statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor AP aging, outstanding invoices, credits, and payment status.
