MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City, is seeking an Accounts Officer to manage accounts receivable and accounts payable on-site with a day shift. You will download bank statements, batch credit card payments, post payments in Opera Cloud, and reconcile ledgers with close attention to detail.

The role includes processing invoices, collecting overdue balances, creating supplier records in XMPRO, and supporting payroll and month-end tasks within a collaborative finance team.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable and payable processes.
• Strong bank reconciliation experience and accuracy in postings.
• Ability to manage payroll-related tasks and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts receivable tasks including issuing and tracking invoices and collecting balances.
• Process accounts payable invoices and ensure proper authorization and coding.
• Reconcile hotel banking and postings; maintain daily banking worksheets.
• Support payroll processing on a weekly basis and ensure timely payments.
• Assist with internal controls reporting and month-end close duties.
