Airspace is a tech-enabled freight forwarder delivering mission-critical packages worldwide. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to handle high-volume AP, vendor accounts, and month-end close while maintaining strong internal and external communications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with automated AP and expense workflows.
• Proficient Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIF, PivotTables).
• NetSuite and Ramp or similar platforms a plus.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle, high-volume AP from invoice to payment.
• Review weekly driver payments and reconcile charges.
• Triaging AP inbox and routing inquiries for resolution.
• Oversee vendor records in NetSuite and Bill.com.
• Assist with month-end close and ad hoc projects.
• Support 1099 processing and year-end filing.
• Create vendor credit memos as needed.
