Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring an Accounts Payable Administrator in Pasay City. This hybrid, day-shift role handles AP for AU and NZ entities, with responsibilities including invoice integration, GL coding, and month-end reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing full-function Accounts Payable in a multi-entity environment.
• High-volume AP processing with accuracy and speed.
• Strong communication for vendor management and stakeholder follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor two active accounts email inboxes across AU and NZ entities.
• Integrate supplier invoices and set up invoice templates for accurate GL coding and data flow.
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely receipting of goods and services.
• Prepare and load electronic payment batches into banking systems for authorization.
• Execute month-end tasks: bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, supplier statements, balance sheet reconciliations, recurring journals.
