Job summary

Aquamira Hotel & Resorts Inc. is seeking a full-time Accounting support role focused on purchasing and supplier transactions. You will help ensure accurate financial records, timely payments, and seamless coordination between Accounting and Purchasing.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or financial management and 1–3 years in a similar role, preferably in hospitality. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and strong numeracy with proficient software skills are essential

Responsibilities

Verify and record purchase orders, delivery receipts, and supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and process payment vouchers for approved supplier transactions.
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve billing discrepancies.
Monitor and record accounts payable related to purchasing activities.
Maintain organized and updated files of purchase and payment documents.
Coordinate with the Purchasing Department and suppliers regarding invoice and payment concerns.
