DOXA Talent, Inc. is hiring an Accounting and Accounts Payable Specialist in the Philippines. The role focuses on AP processing, vendor communications, and month-end close in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Strong organization, detail-orientation, and English communication are essential.

You will handle daily AP activities, verify daily sales against the POS, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely payments and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in accounting and accounts payable; hospitality or restaurant accounting preferred.
• Experience with POS and accounting systems; ability to handle multiple locations.

Responsabilités

• Audit vendor invoices for accuracy, coding, approvals and timely payment.
• Perform vendor statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with vendors about invoices, payments and credits.
• Audit daily sales activity against POS, review payments and deposits, escalate discrepancies.
• Support month-end close with documentation and reconciliation assistance.
