Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join the finance team of a machinery manufacturing company. You will own the AP process end-to-end, manage the shared Finance inbox, and step in on AR when needed.

You'll process supplier invoices, reconcile statements, prepare payments, and support month-end close. Strong Excel skills and communication with AU-based clients are required. SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AP experience in high-volume environments.
• Able to reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication with AU-based clients.
• Proficient in Excel and quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and on time.
• Reconcile supplier statements and chase discrepancies.
• Prepare supplier payments and maintain records.
• Manage Finance inbox and respond to enquiries.
• Support bank reconciliations and month-end close.
• Assist AR when needed to cover leave.
• Provide general finance admin support.
