VBP Back Office Solutions Inc. in Cebu City seeks an Accounts Payable Team Lead to oversee end-to-end AP processes, manage the AP team, and ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance across supplier invoices, expenses, and payments.

You will drive process improvements, collaborate with onshore and offshore finance teams, monitor KPIs, and provide escalation support for operational issues while upholding service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership of an accounts payable or shared services team.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume AP operations with KPIs.
• Experience with ERP finance platforms such as Concur or Workday.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end accounts payable process including invoice receipt, validation, coding and payment processing.
• Review and approve payment runs and manage ageing and liabilities.
• Coach and develop AP team; allocate workload and conduct performance discussions.
• Manage supplier/vendor relationships and resolve disputes in a timely manner.
• Support audit activities and ensure compliance with internal controls.
