Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Expense Management, or General Accounting.
• Strong attention to detail with understanding of expense policies and internal controls.
• Hands-on experience with Navan is preferred; NetSuite is a plus.
• Comfortable with job code and GL coding in a project-based environment.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams and regions.

Responsibilities

• Review employee expense claims for accuracy, completeness and policy compliance.
• Support expense submissions within Navan and provide user guidance.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of staff expense claims with Finance and People teams.
• Ensure expenses are recorded with correct job code, GL code, entity, and cost center.
• Perform monthly corporate card reconciliations and map transactions to codes.
• Partner with cardholders to obtain documentation and timely submissions.
• Act as Navan owner and assist with configuration updates and rollout testing.
• Support process improvements and documentation across expense and AP workflows.
