Job summary

Wsp is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer and Expense Management Analyst in the Philippines. The role focuses on accurate AP processing, expenses handling, and vendor onboarding within a finance team.

You will support project billing, cashflow forecasting and month-end reporting while upholding confidentiality and tight control procedures. A proactive, detail‑oriented and collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Expense Management and/or Accounts Payable in a large organisation.
• A tertiary qualification related to finance/accounting preferred.
• Experience in a customer-focused role within a large organisation.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting with AP and expense cycles.
• Strong accuracy, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, expenses and direct debits accurately and promptly.
• Assist onboarding of vendors and respond to queries with vendors and colleagues.
• Support project billing, cashflow forecasting and month-end reporting.
• Provide AP information and assist with internal audits under control frameworks.
• Contribute to process improvements and training for the team.
