Job summary

Planet is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist / T&E Auditor to join our global Finance team in Manila. You will manage day-to-day AP operations, process payments, and audit Travel and Expense reports to ensure compliance.

You will work across Europe, US and Asia-Pacific, support month-end close, and drive process improvements using Navan and FloQast.

The role requires a bachelor’s in accounting/finance, 5–6 years of international experience, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent.
• 5–6 years of progressive experience with international responsibilities and US GAAP.
• Experience auditing travel and expense reports across European and US regulations.
• Hands-on experience with Navan and reconciliation software.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable operations and payments processing.
• Audit Travel & Expense reports for compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Maintain AP master data and support month-end close and reporting.
• Leverage Navan to streamline expense submission and auditing processes.
