Job summary

VaynerMedia APAC team is seeking an experienced Expense & Accounts Payable professional to support staff expense claims, Navan system administration, and corporate card reconciliations. The role focuses on accuracy, policy compliance, and cross-team collaboration across regions.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in AP/expense management, strong Excel skills, and experience with Navan or similar platforms. Remote-friendly, full-time position based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Expense Management, or General Accounting.
• Experience in advertising/media agency is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with understanding of expense policies, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Hands-on experience with Navan; NetSuite is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Able to work independently and collaborate across teams and regions.
• Clear, proactive communicator with solutions-minded approach.
• Curious mindset with interest in process improvement and automation.

Responsibilities

• Staff Expense & Claims Management: review claims for accuracy and compliance.
• Corporate Credit Card Reconciliation: monthly card statement reconciliation.
• Navan System Ownership & Support: admin tasks and feature rollout testing.
• Process & Compliance: ensure data integrity and assist audits.
• Support policy enforcement and drive efficiency improvements.
