Job summary

All Transport Network, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to support payables, manage vouchers, and ensure accuracy in processing payments. This role maintains records of payable vouchers, checks, and attachments while preparing summaries for timely payment processing.

You will monitor petty cash replenishments, prepare accruals for monthly expenses such as IATA-related charges, and ensure compliance with established accounting policies and QMS procedures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• 1. Creates Payable Vouchers and withholding tax certificates for trade and other payables.
• 2. Controls and keeps unprocessed requests for payment.
• 3. Maintains file copy of Payable Vouchers, paid Check Vouchers and attachments.
• 4. Prepares summary of Payable Vouchers for payment processing.
• 5. Ensures accuracy of Petty cash replenishments for payment processing.
• 6. Prepare accrual of monthly expenses for IATA and other expenses related to payables.
• 7. Prepare monthly schedule of prepaid expenses including preparation of journal vouchers.
• 8. Monitors cash advances and liquidations.
• 9. Observes compliance to established accounting policies and procedures and related provisions of QMS.
