Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and check supplier invoices and supporting documents.
• Prepare check vouchers and supporting documents for review and approval.
• Check the completeness of branch accounting documents.
• Follow up on missing documents, unexplained variances, and delayed submissions.
• Coordinate with branch personnel regarding accounting discrepancies.
