Job summary

ArmyNavy Burger Inc. is seeking an Accounting Clerk in Makati, Philippines. The role provides accounting and clerical support to the accounting department, focusing on receivables and payables, reconciliation, and resolving discrepancies.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accountancy or related field with at least 6 months of general accounting experience and strong MS Office skills. You will work under supervision to ensure compliance with standards and deadlines.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience in General Accounting or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accounting documents and reports, especially receivables and payables.

• Assist the Supervisor with record retention requirements.
• Assist the Supervisor with process audit.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
• Accurately prepares and maintain accounting documents and reports particularly receivables and payables
• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
• Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
• Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
• Assist the Supervisor in record retention requirements
• Assist the Supervisor in process audit

Minimum qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any related course.
• At least 6 months experience specialized in General Accounting or equivalent.
• Must be proficient in MS Office Application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Must be able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and have strong organizational skills to effectively meet deadlines.
• An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
