Advanced Energy is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to support One Financial Shared Services for Artesyn Embedded Technologies Inc. and subsidiaries, ensuring accurate processing of employee expense reimbursements and accounts payable transactions.

The role involves reviewing expenses, maintaining records, reconciling accounts, and aiding month-end close. Based in Rosario, Cavite, the position requires a Bachelor’s degree and ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Experience in accounts payable, expense reimbursement, or shared services is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and ERP/financial systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process employee expense reimbursement claims accurately and efficiently with proper documentation.
• Review and validate expense reports, invoices, and receipts for policy compliance and accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to travel, card, and reimbursement policies to prevent non-compliant claims.
• Record transactions in the financial system and post to ledgers timely.
• Communicate with employees and stakeholders on reimbursement inquiries and policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve expense submission issues.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Support month-end, quarterly, and annual closing related to expenses and payables.
• Prepare reports and documents for internal and external audits.
• Participate in process improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data.
• On-site work requirement in Rosario, Cavite.
