Responsibilities

• Process employee expense reimbursement claims accurately, ensuring proper documentation.
• Review expense reports, invoices, and receipts for authenticity and policy compliance.
• Adhere to company travel, card, reimbursement and financial policies to prevent non-compliant claims.
• Record expense reimbursements in the financial system and ensure timely posting.
• Communicate with employees and stakeholders on reimbursement inquiries and policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues with expense submissions and payments.
• Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities related to expenses and AP.
• Prepare reports and documents for internal and external audits.
• Participate in process improvements to enhance AP efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data.
