Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Experience in Accounts Payable or expense reimbursement is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP/financial systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process employee expense reimbursement claims accurately and efficiently.
• Review and validate expense reports, invoices, and receipts for policy compliance.
• Ensure adherence to travel and reimbursement policies to prevent non-compliant claims.
• Record transactions in the financial system and post accounts timely.
• Support month-end closing and audit activities related to expenses and AP.
