Responsibilities include reviewing invoices, preparing payments, reconciling bank and credit card statements, maintaining ledgers and Excel reports, and ensuring proper filing.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• AP experience is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Aufgaben

• Review and process AP invoices and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Prepare and process payments, expense reports, and related AP transactions.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare accounting records, journal entries, and Excel reports.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of invoices and records.
• Assist with tax returns, audits, and other accounting requirements.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable and other departments to resolve account-related concerns.
• Assist in improving AP processes and controls.
• Provide support to the AP Supervisor and perform related duties as assigned.
