Job summary

PM Consulting in Manila, Philippines is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to support invoice processing, payment transactions, and vendor account management. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and will be considered.

Key duties include verifying invoices against POs and receipts, recording AP transactions, reconciling supplier statements, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and monitoring payment schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in accounts payable or general accounting is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and invoice processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
