Job summary

FMC Corporation is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage vendor invoice processing in a shared services environment. You will handle high volumes, perform PO matching, and ensure timely and accurate posting in SAP. Strong English skills and accounting process knowledge are required.

You will support SLA adherence, respond to inquiries, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, with late mid-shift coverage to support EMEA/APAC regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with invoice processing and SAP systems.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Experience with Invoice Management Solutions (OpenText) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and accounting process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner with high volume.
• Review invoices and perform indexing to capture required fields.
• Validate PO requirements (2-way, 3-way matches) and resolve exceptions.
• Ensure invoices meet SLA timelines and QA controls.
• Respond to queries within 48-hour SLAs and support process improvements.
