Job summary

Jobtailor Philippines is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable specialist to join our shared service center in Manila. You will handle transactional AP tasks, ensure timely invoice processing, and maintain strong internal controls.

The role requires collaborating with suppliers and internal teams while meeting KPI targets. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in AP, ERP and accounting software proficiency, and a solid grasp of IFRS/GAAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in accounts payable within a shared service setup.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform transactional processing in the assigned AP area.
• Meet KPIs and adhere to SLAs.
• Stay updated on process changes and developments.
• Participate in meetings and share knowledge with the team.
• Initiate and suggest process improvements.
• Handle queries from suppliers and internal customers.
• Escalate issues needing immediate resolution.
• Ensure internal controls comply with policies and regulatory authorities.
• Support system and process improvement projects as assigned.
