Job summary

APL Logistics Philippines is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to handle daily processing, data entry, and general accounting tasks in a fast-paced shared service environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, SAP and MS Excel proficiency, and the ability to meet SLAs and collaborate across teams in Pasig. Diploma in Business/Finance is preferred; experience in a global SSC is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration/Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• Experience in a Global Finance Shared Service Center is an advantage.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player with ability to work independently.
• Good analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accounts payables and general accounting are performed effectively and accurately.
• Scan invoices and data entry (indexing invoice number, vendor ID and amount).
• Filing of documents for future reference.
• Adhere to policies and procedures.
• Ensure SLAs and KPIs are achieved.
• Assist in problem solving.
• Assist in ad-hoc reports/projects and adhere to POM.
• Assist in any other ad-hoc assignments.
