Job summary

Insight Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an AP Analyst in Metro Manila to specialize in accounts payable functions, perform account analysis, quality control, and dispute resolution within a high-volume AP team. The role leverages AI-powered AP technologies to improve invoice processing accuracy and support P2P process efficiency.

The candidate will review AP accounts, monitor automation platforms, and assist in audits while driving process improvements and providing detailed reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years' experience within Accounts Payable.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Experience in research, quality control, or statistical analysis.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret business reports and accounting entries.
• Ability to draft reports and/or business correspondence.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper coding and approvals, research and clear GL's, resolve past due invoicing.
• Review AP accounts for inaccuracies, identify errors and report to management.
• Appraise AP workflows daily for proper functioning and accuracy.
• Analyze quality control data and generate team reports.
• Collaborate with managers to analyze department efficiency.
• Assist audits within Partner Accounting.
• Monitor exceptions from AP automation platforms and workflows.
• Analyze automation performance trends to increase touchless processing.
• Support UAT for AP automation tools, ERP enhancements, EDI processes, and integrations.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual activities in AP processes.
