Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable: Download bank statements and merchant reports; batch credit card payments in Opera; apply payments in Opera Cloud; reconcile discrepancies; update banking worksheet; ensure timely postings; reconcile inquiries; raise/send invoices; contact and collect funds; manage hotel credit accounts.
• Accounts Payable: process invoices; ensure authorisation; verify charges; code invoices; create new suppliers in XMPRO; ensure arithmetic accuracy; reconcile payments with supplier statements.
• Other responsibilities: check internal controls reporting; attend meetings; assist Delinquent Debtors report; ad-hoc duties; comply with policies; manage payroll; post and reconcile revenues and debtor balances; stock and COGS reconciliations.
