Job summary

PeoplePartners invites an Accounts Officer AP & AR (Onsite) in Quezon City to uphold accurate day-to-day financial operations. Primary focus is Accounts Payable (80%) and support for Accounts Receivable (20%) for an education sector client.

You will handle high-volume invoicing, supplier payments, student billing, and month-end close in a collaborative finance team. Onsite role at Eastwood City; Monday–Friday, day shift.

Qualifications

• Around 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable.
• Experience processing high-volume invoices.
• Strong knowledge of AP and AR and general accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with Xero and MYOB.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile approximately 640 supplier invoices each month.
• Verify invoices, purchase orders, and account coding accuracy.
• Prepare weekly and fortnightly supplier payment runs.
• Maintain supplier records and respond to vendor enquiries.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Support student invoice generation and billing.
• Maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and workflows.
