Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Finance professional to manage Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and month-end activities. A Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting with at least 3 years of relevant experience, including audit exposure, is required.

Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication and teamwork skills are essential. You will also support audits and system improvements while ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; audit experience is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office applications; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile accounts payable between supplier statements, AP aging, AP accruals and open POs.
• Handle general ledger tasks including journals and prepayments. Prepare monthly reports.
• Support internal and external audits and respond to audit requests.
