Private Advertiser in Makati, Metro Manila is seeking an Accountant to manage and maintain company books, prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, and ensure accuracy across all accounting functions.

You will handle AP, AR, bank reconciliations, journal entries, fixed assets, and tax compliance. Coordinate with external auditors, support BIR filings, and help develop stronger accounting processes and controls.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or BS Management Accounting.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of financial closing, reporting, bank reconciliation, and tax compliance.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• CPA license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company books and financial records.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and reports.
• Handle AP, AR, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and fixed assets.
• Review financial records for accuracy.
• Conduct variance analysis and report to management.
• Ensure timely BIR filings and tax compliance.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide audit requirements.
• Develop and improve accounting processes and controls.
• Ensure tasks and deadlines are completed on time.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
