eClerx LLC is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor in Metro Manila to lead a team of accountants and ensure accurate month-end close processes. The role demands strong IFRS/US GAAP proficiency, excellent communication, and reliable leadership to drive timely reporting.

The successful candidate will oversee general ledger posting, AP/AR management, and the preparation of financial statements and audit/tax reports, while maintaining rigorous controls and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong IFRS and US GAAP knowledge.
• Experience in managing people.

Responsabilités

• Supervise a team of accountants and coach performance.
• Post General Ledger entries and manage close calendars.
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivables daily/weekly.
• Lead month-end close reconciliations and balance sheet review.
• Generate monthly financial statements and audit/tax reports.
