Job summary

eClerx in Metro Manila seeks an Assistant Controller to handle preparing and consolidating financial statements, maintain internal controls, and manage all facets of the general ledger.

The role covers monthly, quarterly, and year-end analyses, GAAP compliance, cost variance reporting, liaison to external auditors, and oversight of accounts receivable, payable, and the accounting department; occasional WFH with office return in Alabang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• GAAP knowledge and financial process understanding.
• Experience with closes and reporting.
• Strong data analysis and forecasting abilities.
• Experience with QuickBooks or NetSuite is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organization.
• Willing to work US night shifts and PH holidays.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and consolidating financial statements
