Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting, or Finance; CPA or MBA is an advantage.
• Proven experience in management roles within accounting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate financial statements and management reports.
• Oversee general ledger activities, month-end closing, and reconciliations.
• Establish and maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial analyses.
• Analyze cost variances and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Research accounting issues and ensure compliance with US GAAP.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit requirements.
• Supervise Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Accounting teams.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives.
