Job summary

Trustera Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to manage the company’s books and financial reporting in Metro Manila. You will oversee AP/AR, close monthly books, and prepare financial statements while ensuring tax compliance and audit readiness.

The role requires 3–5 years of accounting experience with at least 2 years in supervision, proficiency in Xero, and strong Excel skills. This on-site position offers growth opportunities and close collaboration with management.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy degree required; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong background in AP, AR, and Financial Statement preparation.
• Hands-on experience with Xero accounting software (required).
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word; experience in financial closing, reporting, bank reconciliation, and tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain Books of Accounts in line with PFRS and Philippine standards.
• Prepare, review, and generate Financial Statements and management reports on time.
• Oversee Fixed Assets, acquisitions, disposals, and adjustments.
• Review and post adjusting entries; verify supporting schedules.
• Perform variance analysis and deliver actionable insights to management.
• Present monthly and quarterly financial reports for review.
• Ensure compliance with BIR registrations, issuances, and tax filings.
• Lead year-end audits as main contact with auditors.
• Develop and implement accounting processes, controls, and policies.
• Supervise AP and AR to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Plan and monitor workload of staff to meet deadlines.
• Identify gaps and recommend process improvements.
• Support management on ad-hoc tasks and special projects.
