Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
• At least 3-5 years in Accounting, Finance, or related functions.
• At least 1-2 years of supervisory or team lead experience is preferred.
• Experience in handling General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Accounting, Tax Compliance, and Financial Reporting.
• Knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), BIR regulations, and other government compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Operations, Procurement, Treasury, Billing & Collection, HR, and other departments.
