• Oversee daily work of accounting clerks, bookkeepers, and junior accountants.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance and training.
• Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and adjustments.
• Ensure proper maintenance of general ledger accounts.
• Supervise billing, collections, and payment processing.
• Ensure timely posting and reconciliation of AP and AR transactions.
