Job summary

Enable PH is seeking an Accounting Specialist to oversee billing & collections, AR, and treasury functions, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance. In this senior role, you will lead the accounting analysts team and mentor junior staff.

The position requires a bachelor's in accounting, at least three years in accounting/finance, proficiency with Excel and SAP Business One, keen attention to detail, and strong communication. On-site 5 days/week in Mandaluyong City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related course
• At least three years of experience in Accounting/Finance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other MS Applications
• Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Can work on-site 5 days/week in Mandaluyong City
• Can communicate effectively and efficiently
• SAP Business One is required

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily and weekly AR Aging report, AR invoicing, and review Statements of Account (SoA) for uncollected dues and receivable balances
• Identify, monitor, and help collect overdue and key accounts
• Ensure proper controls are in place for managing credit risk
• Ensure availability of resources to carry out B&C and AP functions
• Oversee the processing and accounting of collections/incoming payments
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation of book balances
• Prepare daily Inflow Projection reports and periodic cash flow statements
• Ensure a good working setup with banks and relevant bank facilities
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective and efficient working capital management
• Process improvement
• Perform and lead ad-hoc tasks as needed
