Recruitify_HR is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee day-to-day financial operations including recording transactions, payroll processing, loan accounting, and tax compliance. Reporting directly to the Chairwoman, this role ensures accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls.

The position requires a CPA with 3–4 years of accounting experience, proficiency in Excel and accounting software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA certification required; 3–4 years in general accounting or related roles.
• Experience with payroll processing or loan accounting is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and prepare reports (trial balances, ledgers, reconciliations, and financial statements).
• Maintain loan transaction records and monitor loan accounts for repayments, interest, and fees.
• Support payroll processing and verification; resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to inquiries.
• Process and verify invoices; track accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Assist in preparing and submitting tax returns (VAT, withholding taxes, income taxes) and ensure compliance.
• Assist in internal controls; support audit processes and identify process improvements.
• Support budgeting by tracking actual expenses against projections.
