Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field is required.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is required.
• 3–4 years of accounting experience is required.
• Experience in payroll processing or loan accounting is a plus.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting standards is essential.
• Strong proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and prepare financial reports including trial balances, ledgers, and monthly/quarterly/annual statements.
• Maintain and update loan transaction records, repayments, and interest postings.
• Support payroll preparation and verification; resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to inquiries.
• Process and verify invoices; track accounts receivable including loan payments and interest income.
• Assist in preparing and filing tax returns and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Support internal controls and assist in audit processes and process improvements.
• Assist in budgeting and monitoring expenses against projections.
