  • Accounting & Cash Management Oversight: Oversee cash handling, internal bookkeeping, and transaction recording.
  • Review accounting entries and supporting documents prepared by the Accounting Officers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate coordination with external accounting firms and auditors.
  • Monitor cash flow positions and flag anomalies or risks promptly.
  • Reconciliation & Settlement Supervision: Supervise daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation activities related to lending transactions, collections, and settlements.
  • Review reconciliation reports and ensure discrepancies are identified, explained, and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address reconciliation issues affecting operations or reporting.
  • Reporting & Control: Consolidate operational finance reports and submit summarized, decision-ready information to the Finance Manager.
  • Assist in preparing periodic management reports and regulatory-related finance data.
  • Support the improvement and enforcement of internal controls, SOPs, and documentation standards.
  • Process Improvement & Support: Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, or operational risks and propose practical improvements.
