• Process payroll, validate proof lists, monitor cash advances, ensure bank details accuracy.
• Prepare government contributions reports and related bank reports.
• Prepare APV and JV entries.
• Update APV Master and manifests.
• Process client billing and agency invoicing.
• Prepare SA (statements of accounts).
• Monitor checks and route to signatories.
• Process allotments and prepare vouchers and billing documents to principal.

Job description

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy

• Graduate of other Accounting allied courses such as Accounting Management, Financial Accounting, etc.

• Process payroll including validating proof list, cash advance monitoring and completeness/correctness of bank details

• Prepares government contributions report, including bank and other reports as required

• Prepares APV and JV

• Updates the APV Master and manifests

• Process billing for different clients and/or agencies

• Prepares SA

• Responsible for check monitoring & routing of checks to signatories

• To process allotment, prepares vouchers and billing documents to be sent to the principal

• Applicants must be willing to work in Intramuros, Manila or Cainta Rizal
