Job summary

OVIALAND INC. in San Pablo City, Laguna invites an Accountant to join our finance team.

You will accurately process vouchers for suppliers, commissions, payroll and other expenses, monitor outstanding items, and ensure complete documentation. You will support BIR Form 2307, BIR and BOI compliance, perform random checks, record payments, reconcile ledgers, monitor post-dated checks, and maintain monthly bank reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting systems.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process vouchers for suppliers, commissions, payroll, and other expenses on time; monitor outstanding vouchers.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of all required documents; support BIR Form 2307, BIR, and BOI compliance; perform random checks on submitted documents.
• Record payments, update buyer ledgers and agreements, and monitor post-dated checks and collection timelines.
• Process loan payments, record new loans, and update HDMF and bank takeouts.
• Monitor active cash advances and ensure timely liquidation with complete documentation.
• Maintain updated monthly bank reconciliations and support general financial tracking.
• Ensure accurate filing and logging of all vouchers and accounting documents for easy reference and compliance.
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time

• Willing to be assigned in San Pablo City, Laguna immediately.
