Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Invoice processing by matching purchase orders, receiving reports, and vendor invoices.
• Disbursement tasks: prepare and process payments and vouchers.
• Vendor statement reconciliation and resolving billing discrepancies.

Key responsibilities

• Invoice Processing: Match purchase orders, receiving reports, and vendor invoices accurately


• Disbursements: Prepare and process check payments, online bank transfers, and vouchers on time


• Reconciliation: Conduct regular vendor statement reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies
