Job summary

Shop Buildmate is seeking a meticulous finance professional to ensure timely billing, accurate recording of payments, and proper processing of supplier invoices to maintain smooth cash flow.

You will prepare and record invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers; monitor collections; reconcile A/R and A/P ledgers; and assist in month-end and year-end reports to support financial accuracy and reporting.
