Job summary

MedGrocer's digitally-enabled medicine programs, telehealth services, and corporate clinic medical staff work with hundreds of employers and pharma companies to improve the health of Filipinos every year. The Accounts Receivable Associate prepares billing and statements, resolves billing issues, and supports the Finance team with timely collections and reporting.

• 1–2 years of experience in finance or accounting is preferred but not required.
• Open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals.
• Must work onsite in Makati.

The Accounts Receivable Associate prepares billing and collections documents, solves billing and collection-related issues, and performs other accounting tasks to support the Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare billing and statement of accounts to clients.

• Review collections in the accounting system and ensure that they are timely and accurate.

• Coordinate with various stakeholders (e.g. clients, legal counsel, bank, etc.) for billing and collection matters.

• Prepare financial/management analyses and reports together with the Finance team.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an accounting or finance-related course.

• 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting-related positions is preferred, but not required.

• Open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals.

• Must work onsite in Makati.
