Job summary

MedGrocer is seeking a Finance Lead to oversee the daily operations of the Finance team in Makati. You will drive data-driven analyses, guide strategic financial decisions, and mentor a talented group of professionals.

You will also lead initiatives to improve financial systems, ensure tax compliance with BIR regulations, and partner with business units to support growth and cost savings in our digitally-enabled healthcare platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–2 years of experience in a finance role.
• CPA licensure preferred but not required.
• Must work onsite in Makati.

Finance Lead

directly oversees the daily operations of the Finance team, identifies areas of improvement for finance processes, and provides recommendations. They conduct data-driven analyses and provide insights to business units, which enable cost-efficient and strategic decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a finance-related role.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensure is preferred, but not required.
