MedGrocer, a digitally-enabled healthcare platform, seeks a Head of Finance to lead the company’s financial roadmap and capital allocation. You will partner with founders to drive predictive modeling, investment strategy, and long-term fiscal health to expand healthcare impact.

In this executive role, you will oversee multi-year strategy, oversee internal controls, and negotiate with investors and banks to optimize capital structure, ensuring compliance and growth in a rapidly expanding digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Must be a CPA.
• 6–12 years of experience in finance with strategic leadership.
• Experience managing complex financial ecosystems and fiscal innovation.
• onsite in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Steer multi-year financial strategy including capital allocation and fundraising support.
• Transform financial data into predictive insights for profitability and decisions.
