ACCOUNTING OFFICER

We are looking for an Accounting Officer who will be responsible for managing and monitoring the accounting and financial activities of our restaurant and resort operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle daily accounting and financial transactions.

• Monitor daily sales, cash collections, expenses, and disbursements.

• Prepare and monitor Profit & Loss (P&L) Statements.

• Prepare and monitor cash flow reports and projections.

• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.

• Monitor restaurant food costs, operating expenses, and profitability.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Ensure proper documentation and recording of financial transactions.

• Assist with BIR compliance, tax documentation, and filing requirements.

• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and relevant government agencies when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and confidential accounting and financial records.

• Identify financial discrepancies and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Restaurant, hotel, resort, or food & beverage accounting experience is preferred.

• With experience in P&L preparation, cash flow monitoring, budgeting, and financial reporting.
