HRTx Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager / Finance Manager to lead financial operations and ensure regulatory compliance. You will oversee day-to-day accounting, manage the finance team, and coordinate with banks, auditors, and government agencies.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, strategic, and capable of driving financial accuracy and efficiency across the organization, while supporting budgeting, reporting, and tax contributions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license is a plus.
• Strong computer skills; background in financial data analytics is a plus.
• Excellent English and Tagalog communication (written and spoken).
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Able to multitask, adapt, and work independently.

• Develop and implement financial policies aligned with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards.
• Oversee daily accounting tasks: AP/AR, bank reconciliation, and financial transactions.
• Prepare budgets and monitor spending to ensure cost efficiency.
• Create quarterly financial reports and support year-end audits.
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of corporate taxes and government contributions.
• Manage banking activities locally and internationally.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team.
• Maintain cash flow forecasts for business planning.
