Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA license is required.
• At least 5 years of Accounting Manager experience, with strong exposure to taxation and receivables.
• Proven people-management and supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting operations, tax compliance, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Accounting Department and its day-to-day operations.
• Oversee GL, AP, AR, accruals, month-end closing, fixed assets, reconciliations, and tax accounting.
• Develop and improve accounting and loan-related processes and procedures.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, remittances, SEC reports, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare financial and management reports for Senior Management and the Board of Directors/Owners.
• Establish and maintain sound accounting policies, controls, and procedures.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Accounting team.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with the latest tax laws, regulations, and accounting requirements.
