Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our finance team and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with BIR regulations. You will report to the General Manager / Business Unit Manager and Finance Director, steering strategic financial planning and controls.

You will manage about 18 staff, oversee GL, AP/AR, and statutory reporting, drive process improvements, and collaborate with auditors and regulators to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• CPA certification is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, BIR compliance, and reportorial requirements.
• Experience in any industry is welcome.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
