Metroguards Security Agency Corporation in Ortigas, Pasig, Philippines seeks an experienced Finance Manager to oversee all accounting operations and ensure regulatory compliance. You will supervise financial statement preparation, budgeting, and policy development while managing cash flow and tax filings. Onsite work in Ortigas is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; CPA preferred but non-CPAs may apply.
• At least 5 years progressive experience in accounting/finance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR regulations.
• Proficient in accounting systems and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department coordination.

• Monitor and control company expenses and recommend cost-saving strategies.
• Support management in strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and analysis.
